Job Role:

  • General data management on KP - ensuring documents are uploaded correctly. Adding DBS, right to work check and qualification to KP for new starters.
  • Holiday management: adding BHs, chasing staff to book annual leave, pro-rataaEUR(TM)ing holiday
  • Probations: chasing managers and issuing letters
  • Timesheet Management:
Ensuring timesheets are completed and approved in a timely manner ready for payroll

Calculate and arrange payment for any holiday including Bank Holidays. This ties in with payroll.
  • Payroll: Access to payroll inbox (manage the inbox and make sure everything is recorded on sickness and data workbooks and on KP) and input of casual hours, overtime, sickness and absences. Managing Kido's pension upload each month (Husky), managing input of Hastee deductions and platform, chase HMRC Starter Checklists, helping people team with payroll auditing and pay queries.
(Acting as a supporting role so key person(s) for payroll is in the UK to spot check and be the contact with PBS our outsourced payroll provider)
  • Ensuring Health Declarations are completed on a biannual basis
  • Ensuring Staff Suitability declarations are being completed on a biannual basis.
Requirements
  • Bachelors in Accounting / Finance / Commerce. CA, ACCA highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge in MS office and accounting software such as Quickbooks / Xero. ERP experience is desirable.
  • Current knowledge of accounting policies, procedures, and practices in India and willingness to learn global processes and policies.
  • UK experience would be an added advantage.
