Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesman to join our Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling site visits, overseeing the installation process, addressing customer grievances, generating leads, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department.

Experience:

- 1-4 Years (B2C and B2B Field Sales)


Qualifications:

o Bachelor's & Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Minimum 1 year experience in B2C and B2B Field Sales.


Key Responsibilities:

o Conduct site visits to assess customers' Solar Energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions. o Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies. o Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets. o Actively engage in sales activities and meet individual sales targets. o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details. o Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate Solar PV solutions. o Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company. o Providing after-sales support and assistance to customers. o Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely project execution o Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. o Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or grievances they may have. o Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities. o Mentor and guide interns to support their development. o Motivate the sales team to achieve targets.


Eligibility Criteria:

o Two Wheeler must required with valid Driving license o Handle all necessary documentation for sales and client follow-ups


Compensation:

- As per company norms / based on experience.
