Software Sales Executive : - A software sales executive is in charge of selling a company\'s products and services and building customer relationships. As a software sales executive, your job duties include field sales, maintaining documents detailing sales, quotes, and more.Roles And Responsibilities :- Candidates should be comfortable in field work.- Responsible for selling office solutions to current and new customers- Provide service and customer support during field visits- Install our POS software in their System / Device- Give training about our product to our client- Build positive relationships with customers- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues- Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem- Communicate with clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved technical issues.- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.Skills Required :- Software Installation and Training.- Excellent problem-solving, Communication and troubleshooting skills.- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.- The ability and desire to sell.- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales- Hardware and Network Configuration.Qualification :- Graduation is mandatory.- Bachelor\'s Degree in business, engineering, computer science, marketing or related discipline.Pre-requisites : Vehicle : 2 wheeler, Driving license. Languages : Must be well versed with local language. Additional languages are added advantage.- Immediate Joiners or joining within 15 days of selection.- Relocation is preferred.- Experience : Minimum 6 months is required in Field Software Sales.- Note : Only Male Candidates are preferred.
