Primary Responsibility:- Field salesKey Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of insurance agents to drive business targets.- Train and mentor agents for achieving sales targets and business growth.- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high-quality service.- Track performance metrics of the team and report on sales figures.- Drive local market penetration and lead generation through networking and fieldwork.Mandatory Requirements:- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (No BPO, Telesales, Retail, or Fresher experience considered).- Salary: 3-3.75 LPA- Current Employment: Only candidates currently employed will be considered (Jobless profiles will be rejected).- Location: Candidates must have been residing in the current city for at least 2 years (Relocation candidates not considered).- Qualification: Must be a full-time graduate (10+2+3).
