Field Marketing Executive (On-Site Promotions & BTL Campaigns) We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Field Marketing Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in executing on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility, engaging with customers, generating leads, and executing BTL (Below The Line) campaigns across target locations.Roles & Responsibilities:- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand activations.- Build brand awareness through physical presence in exhibitions, malls, colleges, RWAs, shops, and other public areas.- Coordinate with vendors, promoters, and local authorities to ensure smooth campaign execution.- Engage with customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and pitch relevant offerings.- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, merchandise, etc.- Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and footfall metrics.- Report daily/weekly progress to the marketing manager with actionable insights.- Ensure proper branding at all on-site locations as per brand guidelines.- Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships to boost reach.Key Requirements:- 3-4 years of proven experience in field marketing, BTL activation, or on-site promotions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to travel extensively for campaigns (local + outstation if needed).- Self-motivated, energetic, and go-getter attitude.- Ability to manage and train ground-level promoters and volunteers.- Experience working with FMCG, electronics, tech startups, or product-based companies is a plus.- Familiarity with lead capturing tools and basic reporting in Excel/Google Sheets.
