Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-ground marketing activities, such as promotional events, product demonstrations, and direct customer interactions.- Distribute marketing materials and educate customers about our products/services.- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, retailers, and business partners.- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help refine marketing strategies.- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and increase conversions.- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.- Track and report campaign performance, including footfall, customer engagement, and feedback.- Assist in planning and executing localized marketing strategies. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- 0-1 year of experience in field marketing, or related roles.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.- Willingness to travel and engage with customers in various locations.- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding strategies is a plus.- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
