Key Responsibilities

?

Preventive Maintenance Feedback Calls



Contacting customers who have been provided with PM service by FLSEs based on the data downloaded from Zoho Analytics software to get their feedback and rating on the service.

?

New Installation Feedback Calls



Contacting newly installed customers as per the data downloaded from Zoho Analytics software to collect their feedback and rating regarding installation completion and training given.

?

Enquiry management



Handling customer enquiries received through Incoming calls, mail, Indiamart, Website and other social media platforms and based on the discussion with the customer, the leads are then shared with the field teammates.

?

Marketing activity calls



The CRD team will contact customers for AG events, AG Innovate or any other marketing events organized by Agappe. Prior to the program, the team will invite them to the event, and after the program, get in touch with the customers to get feedback about the event.

?

Special Project calls



Based on the special projects suggested from seniors, CRD teammates will contact customers, distributors etc... for specific feedback.

?

Data sharing with field team



Periodically, customer relationship call feedback will be consolidated and shared with concerned managers via mail.

Leads that have been generated throughout the month and incorrect customer contact numbers noted while calling for feedback will be shared with seniors at the end of the month.

?

Field visit



For better understanding of PM and Installation process or any other additional responsibilities given, CRD teammates will be visiting customers with concerned Field teammates to understand the process and gain experience as required.

?

Customer survey



CRD team will be responsible to conduct product/ service-related survey which will be used for QMS purpose and for product/ process improvements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
