Your Role


The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities are clean, orderly, and well-maintained. The Supervisor will lead, train, and supervise the housekeeping staff, monitor performance, and ensure that cleanliness standards are met at all times.

About You

Team Supervision & Training

: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Quality Control

: Inspect and ensure all guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces meet the property's cleanliness and maintenance standards.

Guest Interaction

: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services in a courteous and professional manner.

Inventory Management

: Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Scheduling & Labor Management

: Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.

Communication & Reporting

: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, report issues or maintenance needs, and provide regular updates to the Housekeeping Manager.

Operational Efficiency

: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement processes to optimize the efficiency of the housekeeping department.
