Job Summary:
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Executive Export Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and implementing sales strategies to expand our presence in the export market. This role demands a profound understanding of international sales, market trends, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with global clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential export markets and opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute export sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and customers.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients.
Sales Execution:
  • Drive sales activities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and promotional materials to clients.
Order Management:
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and manage the export documentation process to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on post-sales activities to ensure repeat business and client retention.
Requirements
  • Need good communication skills in English
  • Females can only apply.
  • Graduate candidate needed
  • Preferred English medium school
Experience Needed
  • Proven experience in Export sales and International business development.
  • Experience in the international voice process is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of international market dynamics and export regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
Benefits
