Prepare and manage commercial documents such as Performa invoices, purchase orders, dispatch instructions, packing lists, export documentation (BL, COO, LC documents), etc.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and transporters for timely shipments and clearances.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a point of contact for customers for order updates, queries, and complaint resolution.
Assist in developing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and MIS for both domestic and export business.
Provide weekly/monthly updates on order status, sales pipeline, and pending payments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the steel or heavy industrial sector.
Good understanding of long steel products (Pipes, TMT, Structures, Wire Rods, Wires) and their applications.
Knowledge of export documentation and logistics is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, ERP software (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
