We have urgent opening for Executive-EXIM at Vidres India Ceramics Private Limited.

Position: Executive-EXIM

Experience: 2-5 Years

Qualification: B.Com - Graduate / Diploma in EXPORT / IMPORT

Location: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Will be responsible for handling the EXIM (export & import) related activities for the entire group companies. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for entire logistics movements by Ocean / Air for both Inbound & Outbound movements. Preparation of Export Documents as per LC Terms and Condition, sound Knowledge of LC clause. Liaise & negotiate with freight forwarders, transporters, custom clearing agents and other related vendors there by managing the entire order cycle in the supply chain process efficiently. Sound knowledge of DGFT related matters, AD code registration on ICE gate portal, Export Promotion Schemes, like EPCG, MEIS, and duty remission schemes like Rodtep, Drawback etc. Will be required to handle technical details relating to all possible international transportations, such as customs regulations and any necessary documentations involved. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. Plan or implement improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes. Any additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
