Job Description

ERP Sales Executive needed for an Education Group in Eastern UP.Immediate Joining.Qualification - Graduate / Post GraduateAge - 26 to 35 years.Salary up to 4.5 lpaIt's a Traveling role. Candidate should have a 2 wheeler or a 4 wheeler.Location is Eastern Uttar Pradesh. Candidate will work from Home but have to travel to different cities in Eastern UP basis work requirements.Experience -- 2 to 3 years in sales/marketing Field. Should have experience in the School ERP sales. Added advantage if the person has connects at Schools / pre-schools.- Experience with ERP Sales/customer relations, etc. from Ed. Tech/School, School ERP companies. - Identify markets / schools where the ERP can be sold.- Contacting potential clients via emails, cold calls and exploratory visits.- Visiting schools and make presentations and demo about the ERP.- Arrange meetings with Senior Management / decision makers for closure of deals- Organizing and Handling of ATL/BTL marketing activities and events.- Achieving the planned targets and driving revenues for the org.- Carrying out ERP Brand building and Brand Positioning activities.- Assisting the Marketing Head in drafting proposal and ensuring deal closing.- Meeting Clients, giving presentations and engaging with clients on behalf of the organization.- Monitor various business development activities and update the Marketing Head / CEO on the same.- Monitor business improvement projects on regular basis and look into the strategic and operational initiatives.- Work closely with the IT team for deal closure, product improvement and market intel.KEY EXPECTATIONS : - Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels internally as externally.- Articulate and good negotiation skills.- High achievement orientation with a will to take up additional responsibilities as and when opportunity arise.- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.- Would need to travel extensively and plan his visit schedules.- Having a strong understanding of the School ERP business and competitors.- Team player with a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.- Should be able to adapt and comfortable in coordinating with various people at all levels.- Well versed with MS Office, Internet and presentation skills.Key Skills :- Good Communication and Inter personal Skills. Proactive and self driven.- Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks and activities at various levels in the organization.- Good documentation and writing skills.- Should be able to talk in data terms and statements and inferences are backed by quantifiable data.- Timely planning and execution of duties.- Co-ordination and management skills.- Resourceful and good in networking.- Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.- Background verification will be conducted for the selected candidate.
