Complete Top of line checks as per frequency in bottling & rinsing section. Monitoring of critical process parameters like strength, volume, CCP, OPRP etc. Daily Update production plan at OLI, EOL tablets & analysis of data to establish RCA to avoid reoccurrences. Ensure EOL sequences are done as per frequencies by dedicated resources of their respective lines Initiate RCA & CAPA in cases of deviation observed at lines to mitigate the risk. Handling of rework at EOL station as per SOP Verify changeover process at respective lines to ensure compliances RFT tracking for respective lines & analysis of data to establish improvement plan. Support daily FGWA for initiating corrections & corrective actions. Ensure routine CIPs, cleanings & hygiene regimes at respective lines. Ensure & monitor rinsing parameters of respective lines for effectiveness of the process. Ensure allocation of right manpower on each line & manpower rotation. Impart training & counseling workmen related to personnel hygiene, GMP requirements, critical checks etc. Ensure right changeover as per process on the respective lines Verification of records pertaining to process & quality checks for correctness. Ensure compliance to legal mandatories as per excise requirements & FSSAI requirements on products. To conduct PDI as per requirements for finished products. Conduct weekly challenge test at critical inspection location To investigate & establishing CAPA for consumer complaints & incidents. To generate monthly MIS on trends related to OLI, EOL, exceptions etc. with mitigation plan Ensure implementation of Pre-Requisite programs at respective lines Participation in internal audit program related to quality & food safety. Participation in validation of quality & food safety control measures Ensure New product launch/restaging/ online trails as per protocols Participation in HACCP study of respective lines to address food safety risk Mange changes at lines through change management Implement best practices & 5S to improve product quality & hygiene Implementation of safety culture at lines through trainings & awareness
