For more details visit: www.iserveu.in Role & Responsibilities:- B2B SAAS sales/Fintech sales experience having an individual contributor experience. Should have an exposure of end to end sales i.e. Lead generation, Proposal, Calls, Negotiation, closure. Creating sales pitch and customized solutions for enterprise customers to transform a solution driven sales closure. Lead the customer experience from first meeting to contract signing and implementation. Target Segment of medium & large corporates, educational institutions, e-commerce, logistics, large retail chains, eatery chains, home delivery business, utility payments, POS aggregators, dairy, government, and insurance and telecom verticals. Own monthly self-revenue target and make strategy for achieving the same. Defending existing accounts by delivering exceptional account management services. Requirements People Management skills. Extreme customer centric. Self-leadership and ownership Has a flair for numbers and can deliver the assigned business targets driving sales activities. Ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Possess strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches. Candidates having experience in Payment/ Fin-tech companies, Merchant acquiring companies preferred. Able to work well in fast-paced start-up environment- Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting concepts and techniques.
