Visit https://aiwo.com/ to learn more about our corporate wellness offerings.The B2B Enterprise Sales Executive will lead revenue generation through strategic partnerships with corporations, driving adoption of AIWO's comprehensive wellness solutions across large enterprises and institutional clients.Position: B2B Enterprise Sales Executive (Corporate Wellness)Location: ChennaiWork Mode: Work from Office (6 days)Experience: 5+ YearsIndustry Preference: B2B Healthcare, Corporate Wellness, Employee Benefits, Health Insurance, Enterprise, SaaSCTC: Competitive, commensurate with experience + Performance IncentivesKey Responsibilities- Lead enterprise sales initiatives for AIWO's Corporate Wellness Programs, including Healthcation packages, preventive health assessments (AIWO 181), and comprehensive employee wellness solutions- Own and drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure with large enterprises (500+ employees)- Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting key decision-makers (CHROs, Heads of HR, Benefits Managers, CFOs)- Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline with 6-12 month sales cycles- Conduct needs assessment with corporate clients to design customized wellness solutions aligned with organizational goals- Present comprehensive proposals, ROI analyses, and value propositions to C-suite and senior leadership Negotiate complex contracts, pricing structures, and multi-year partnership agreements- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction- Develop strategic partnerships with insurance providers, TPAs, and employee benefits consultants Manage key accounts and drive expansion opportunities within existing enterprise clients Represent AIWO at industry conferences, corporate wellness forums, and networking events Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategiesDesired Candidate Profile:- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales within healthcare, corporate wellness, employee benefits, or health insurance sectors- Proven track record of consistently achieving/exceeding annual revenue targets of - 3+ crores- Deep understanding of corporate wellness market, employee health benefits, and preventive healthcare landscape- Experience selling high-ticket, complex solutions (- 5L+ deal sizes) to large enterprises- Strong network within HR leadership, C-suite executives, and corporate decision-makers- Expertise in consultative selling, needs-based solution design, and value-based pricing- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes in large organizations- Experience with RFP/tender processes and contract negotiations- Strong business acumen with ability to demonstrate ROI and business impact- Self-motivated, results-driven with entrepreneurial mindset- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and sales analyticsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field- MBA from a recognized institution preferred Professional certifications in corporate wellness, healthcare sales, or account management are a plusWhy Join AIWO?- Lead enterprise sales for India's first doctor-led preventive medical tourism company- Be part of a fast-scaling wellness brand with ambitious growth targets (- 10 Cr to - 100 Cr by March 2026)- High ownership role with significant impact on organizational revenue and growth trajectory- Attractive incentive structure tied to revenue achievement Work with a purpose-driven organization transforming corporate health outcomes Collaborative, high-performance culture backed by visionary leadership (founded by C.
