Purpose of the Job

: Responsible for to ensure availability of GT & Curing Tyre Handling Automation

system (THA), complying to safe work environment with skilled

team and optimum cost.

Major Responsibilities

:


1. Troubleshooting & Capturing of electrical/electronic breakdowns in Maintwiz

2. To take up CLIT activities as per schedule inshifts

3. Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-towork(PTW), and energy isolation procedures

4. Ensure 5s in individual zones

5. Participation in improvement activities like Kaizen, QCC and innovation programs

Knowledge (Technical /

Functional)

1.Preventive maintenance - Electrical /Electronics


2. Programming & Troubleshooting of PLCs / VFDs



3. Using the HMI program for Troubleshooting



4. Basic maintenance of Conveyors & Robots
