Equipment Maintenance:

Schedule and perform regular preventive maintenance on production equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.

Maintenance Planning:

Manage maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.

Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.

Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.

Coordination with Production:

Work closely with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.

Communicate effectively with the production team about maintenance plans and progress.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production and/or maintenance role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of production and maintenance processes.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools.

Knowledge in TQM principles and 5S

Performance Metrics:

Adherence to production schedules and targets.

Equipment downtime and maintenance response time.

Quality of products and rate of defects.

Implementation of process improvements and cost savings.
