Purpose of the Job

: Electrical Executive help create, maintain and repair the electrical components and equipment used in any equipment or device that involves electricity.

Major Responsibilities

:

Monitor / Analyze equipment Loss time to effectively reduce downtime. Monitor efficiency parameters for better plant performance. Trouble shoot Electrical Power / Control of an equipment. Improvement activities, related to Productivity, Safety, Quality, Energy & Cost. Job execution adhering to all safety guidelines. Use of Why why analysis to address corrective and preventive measures Discuss with Electrician and other CFT members to minimize chronic problems. Record and Maintain data in form of Log book, software, etc Involve directly or indirectly in Energy saving activities. Take leadership and be committed to job responsibility. Ensure and monitor manpower schedule Coordination with Production/Technology/Quality departments for smooth functioning during the shift He ensures discipline, safety standards, housekeeping being maintained and communicate to concern

Skills

:

Problem-solving skill : Diagnosing /trouble shooting electrical issues within short span of time. Troubleshooting - Determining causes of breakdown and deciding what to do about it. Repairing - Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools. Co-ordination -Co-ordinating shift activities with production & shift crew.
