Experience:
4-6 years in EHS/safety management (manufacturing industry preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit KSPCB returns and maintain compliance records.
Manage biomedical waste, EPR compliance, STP/ETP operations.
Conduct HIRA, JSA, safety training, and awareness programs.
Oversee fire safety systems and coordinate mock drills.
Organize employee medical examinations.
Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and report to management.
Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of
EHS regulations, IMS standards, and safety systems.
Proficiency in
HIRA, JSA, and accident root cause analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Safety/Industrial Engineering.
PG Diploma in Industrial Safety (mandatory).
Good communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
