Qualification

: BE & Diploma Chemical/BSC (Fire and safety)/PDIS/ADIS/ Environment

Experience

: Minimum 2 years of experience preferred chemical Industry or product sales.

Must-Have:

Audit Work Permit

: Ensure thorough auditing of work permits, adhering to established protocols.

Safety Induction/Training

: Conduct comprehensive safety inductions and specific training sessions for all new employees and contract workers.

Daily Safety Inspections:

Perform daily safety inspections to identify and rectify unsafe working conditions, methods, equipment, and activities.

PPE Management:

Issue personal protective equipment (PPE) and oversee the maintenance of Emergency and Fire Systems.

Incident Investigation:

Investigate all near misses, incidents, and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.

Monthly Reporting:

Prepare monthly safety reports and checklists, ensuring compliance with schedules.

ETP Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to Effluent Treatment Plant operations.

- STP Operations & RO Operations.

Waste Management:

Oversee proper waste management procedures, minimizing environmental impact.

Environmental Reporting:

Prepare and submit reports on environmental performance and compliance.

Provide guidance on the selection, use, and maintenance of personal protective equipment.

Community Relations:

Manage relationships with the local community for safety purposes, promptly resolving concerns.

Environmental Audits:

Conduct regular audits to assess and improve environmental performance.
