Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, courteous, and professional individual to join our team as a

Doorman / Bellboy / Security Assistant

. This hybrid role requires flexibility and the ability to perform a combination of front-facing guest services and security-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive a warm welcome, assist with luggage, monitor premises, and respond to security concerns as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Doorman Duties:

Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Open doors, assist with directions, and provide general information about the property and local area. Manage traffic flow at the main entrance and coordinate with valet or parking services.

Bellboy Duties:

Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out. Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and features. Deliver parcels, messages, and room service items as required. Ensure luggage is handled and stored securely.

Security Duties:

Monitor entrances, exits, and security cameras for suspicious activity. Conduct routine patrols of the premises and report any safety concerns. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and disturbances. Enforce property rules and ensure guest and staff safety at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a hospitality or security role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of security protocols is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

This is a physically active role requiring standing for extended periods. The role involves both indoor and outdoor duties. May be required to work night shifts and weekends based on operational needs.
