DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Have thorough knowledge on various medical terminologies Ensures efficiency in handling hospital software "PCS" Ensures doctors notes are correctly entered in PCS everyday Responsible for giving patients census to Ward Doctors Ensures OP summary- Ortho Plastic, and Diabetic are prepared without error Efficient in the preparation of reports for USG scan and ECHO on Doctor's instruction Ensures details of patients- TKR, THR and new Admission are collected on daily basis Efficient in error free typing and preparation of Discharge Summary Ensures no patient is delayed to get Discharge Summary Case sheets to be maintained properly Ensures the Dose and Dosages of Drugs are accurately mentioned in the reports Ensures the procedure names are perfectly entered Ensures that the OT list is received from the concerned Consultant and hand over the list to the OH on daily basis
