Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary

Executive Director

from the

real estate industry

to take on a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end business operations, driving profitability, managing department heads, and ensuring strategic alignment with the organization's long-term goals.

This role requires a dynamic leader who will serve as the operational head of the company, running day-to-day functions and reporting directly to the MD.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments including Projects, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Facility Management Monitor and guide Heads of Departments (HODs), ensuring goals are aligned with the company's strategic vision Act as the operational face of the organization, managing daily business activities across multiple functions and project sites Develop and implement effective business strategies, growth plans, and operational processes Drive performance, profitability, and accountability across departments Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, clients, consultants, and vendors Oversee project timelines, execution quality, cost controls, and resource management Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across real estate activities Prepare periodic business reports and provide strategic updates to the Managing Director

Candidate Profile:



Industry Experience:

Minimum 12-18 years in real estate sector (residential and/or commercial projects)

Leadership Experience:

Must have led cross-functional teams and managed senior-level executives (HODs)

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

Skills Required:

Strong leadership and decision-making ability Business strategy, operational efficiency, and project execution expertise Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and crisis management skills Hands-on approach with strong ownership mindset

Remuneration:



Best in industry, aligned with candidate's experience and capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per month
