Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and grow our digital presence across two distinct business verticals--Real Estate and API Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating, implementing and managing digital marketing campaigns tailored to both B2B (pharma sector) and B2C (real estate sector) audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the goals of both the real estate and API divisions.
Plan campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads and drive conversions across different digital channels.
2. Content Creation & Management

Coordinate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, social media content, website copy and email campaigns.
Customize messaging for both B2B (API clients / pharma manufacturers) and B2C (homebuyers / real estate investors) audiences.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

Conduct keyword research and optimize websites for SEO.
Run and monitor Google Ads campaigns for both verticals with defined KPIs.
4. Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn for API; Facebook & Instagram for Real Estate).
Create engaging posts, monitor interactions and analyze performance metrics.
5. Email Marketing

Plan and execute targeted email campaigns--nurture campaigns for API clients and promotional campaigns for real estate leads.
6. Analytics & Reporting

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and social media insights to monitor campaign performance.
Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
7. Website & Landing Page Optimization

Work with the web development team to ensure websites are updated, user-friendly, mobile-optimized and conversion-oriented.
8. Lead Generation & CRM

Implement digital lead generation strategies (landing pages, lead magnets, PPC ads).
Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups and optimize sales funnel performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
1-4 years of proven experience in digital marketing (experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar.
Excellent communication and content writing skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Experience in the real estate or pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint).
Experience working in a cross-functional role supporting multiple business units.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite etc) and CMS platforms (WordPress).
