The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's services, increase online visibility, and generate patient leads. The role involves managing social media, SEO/SEM, website content, email campaigns, and online advertising in alignment with the hospital's brand and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Track conversions, lead generation, and patient engagement metrics.
Social Media Management:
Manage daily posting, content creation, and audience engagement on social media platforms.
Coordinate with the design team for creative assets (posts, videos, infographics).
Monitor trends and respond to comments/messages professionally.
Website & SEO:
Update and maintain hospital website content, doctor profiles, service pages, etc.
Optimize website for SEO (on-page and off-page techniques).
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Email & SMS Marketing:
Design and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns for health awareness, promotions, or service updates.
Maintain mailing lists and ensure campaign compliance with privacy regulations.
Content Marketing:
Assist in creating content for blogs, newsletters, and health awareness campaigns.
Coordinate with medical staff for accurate and educational content.
Analytics & Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and others to track campaign performance.
Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
Both Fresher and 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare industry preferred).
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing (preferred).
Key Skills and Tools:
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CMS (like WordPress) is a plus.
