JOB BRIEF

Our company requires a "Digital Marketing Executive" with strong interpersonal and communication skills,

a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Digital Marketing, who can lead online

strategies and can oversee SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns, Can able to Drive brand

awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,

social media and display advertising campaigns.

? Understanding the Business model.

? Design, build and maintain our social media presence by using Linked Inn, Facebook, Twitter

or more Platform .

? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against

goals (ROI and KPIs).

? Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

? Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

? Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance

based on the insights.

? Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

? Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple

channels and customer touch points.

? Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnel.

? Collaborate and Coordinate with Digital Marketing agencies and other vendor partners.

? Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption

where appropriate.

? Maintain & Manage our Company's website.

? Manage & Mentor the Digital Marketing Team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

? Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or any certification or Diploma course in Digital marketing.

? Possess excellent interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and effective communication

abilities.

? Proficiency in MS-Office and Power Point Presentation.

? Proven working experience in digital marketing.

? Experience in SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising

campaigns.

? Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

? Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

? Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,

WebTrends).

? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

? Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
