Engage with Ministry officials and users to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, interviews, workshops, and field visits where needed.
Translate stakeholder inputs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
Business Process Mapping & Gap Analysis
Document AS-IS and TO-BE business process workflows using standard tools (e.g., BPMN).
Perform gap analysis between current systems and desired digital solutions.
Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and recommend process reengineering approaches.
Documentation & Solution Design Support
Prepare and maintain detailed documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Use Cases, and User Stories.
Support in drafting Concept Notes, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), RFPs, RFQs, and Technical Evaluation Criteria.
Assist the Solution Architect and technical teams in aligning functional requirements with system capabilities.
Project Coordination & UAT Support
Liaise between stakeholders, development teams, and quality assurance for smooth implementation.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case review, and issue resolution.
Track and report progress on deliverables, risks, and mitigation plans.
Digital Transformation Strategy & Policy Alignment
Align solutions with national digital governance policies, MeitY standards, and frameworks.
Promote adoption of Digital Public Goods (e.g., Aadhaar, DigiLocker, UPI, ONDC) wherever applicable.
Ensure usability, inclusivity, and accessibility of digital services from a citizen perspective.
