Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive at ROSSO BRUNELLO\'s location in New Delhi. The Training Executive will be responsible for conducting training programs for employees, developing training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and develop training strategies. Perferred domin would be either retail luxury Fashion /Hospitality. Qualifications Experience in delivering training programs and developing training materials Strong presentation and communication skills Ability to assess training needs and develop training strategies Knowledge of instructional design principles Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience in the fashion industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
