Job Description


Identify trends and issues, and proactively Offer recommendations for issue resolution. Provide continuous improvement / best practices suggestions by analyzing existing solutions and identifying & implementing Service enhancements on an ongoing basis. Manage new process introductions and existing process enhancements, in collaboration with Operations Team \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the timely distribution of performance reports to specific regional/global customers and regional/global Business unit management. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage, on behalf of the Program Management Organization, analysis and reporting for programs in such a way that : \xe2\x80\xa2 All service performance targets are successfully supported \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting and analysis are provided at the highest level of productivity and the lowest acceptable cost to the customer and DHL \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide analysis and reporting support for assigned accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify Performance trends and hotspots \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and produce on behalf of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 commercial owner an integrated performance report by consolidating the performance reports of all individual service providers, that contribute to the integrated logistics solution.

  • Support and coordinate QBR with Customers \xe2\x80\xa2 KPI Indicators \xe2\x80\xa2 Corrective Actions and Trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Score Card Preparation for QBR \xe2\x80\xa2 Score Card Gaps Preparation \xe2\x80\xa2 Corrective Action for Score Card Gaps \xe2\x80\xa2 System Solutions Managements \xe2\x80\xa2 Scoping of new business /ops requirements as an input for systems team \xe2\x80\xa2 Prioritize System Development in line with customer requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Change Management Develop and Deploy KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and scorecards on all assigned accounts \xe2\x80\xa2 Measure and manage the overall performance of all functional partners for customers against preagree performance metrics (KPIs) through performance reports provided by crossfunctional partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop an integrated performance report by consolidating the information provided from all individual service providers to drive a comprehensive, customer driven Metrics dashboard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify gap in service capability based on comprehensive analysis of DHL capabilities versus \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicate and drive contractual entitlement, Service Level Agreements (SLA\'s), and agreed operating procedures to all stakeholders within DHL and the customer organization, as documented in agreed operating plans per Function.
