Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing area level allocations

Sampling and scrutinizes suspicious customer activities - brokers or documentation for Identifying fraud xqyqz initiates legal action through RCU \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates with inter departments issues and get the solutions within TAT \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan xqyqz monitor and encourage the vendor performance by using motivational non-monetary tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate team\'s weakness and strength and translates the performance to an aspirational level \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts monthly reviews of collection performance; discusses with ACMs / RO\'s previous and current months numbers; Plans for final numbers \xe2\x80\xa2 Meets xqyqz assesses new agencies DCAs xqyqz SMAs xqyqz and recommends for hiring after taking in RO views; considers growth of business with existing agencies xqyqz DCAs xqyqz SMAs xqyqz recommends accordingly; recommends termination of contracts of existing agencies xqyqz DCAs xqyqz SMAs after discussing with RO\'s xqyqz and after providing them adequate opportunity to improve; coordinates with legal and other teams xqyqz and with RO\'s xqyqz to ensure agency-related changes are made smoothly \xe2\x80\xa2 Based on future volumes forecasting at the location level xqyqz pre-planning of agency business plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Bridging the gap between revenue and cost of collection to make collection unit will be profit center at regional level \xe2\x80\xa2 Shortlists candidates to consider for RO roles; Meets xqyqz assesses candidates for open RO positions xqyqz recommends for hiring \xe2\x80\xa2 Meets and listens to RO\'s to understand their challenges and issues - addresses them and escalates other issues as relevant xqyqz keeping manager informed of key developments; sets up communication channels to reduce inter-team grievances \xe2\x80\xa2 Builds and maintains relations with peers in Sales & other teams coordinated with; Stays aware of their challenges and conveys own to them \xe2\x80\xa2 Grooming team members to take over the future roles \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring engagements with team members at regular intervals and keeping the team highly motivated 4.
