Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all data entered in SAP and is consistent and accurate for TARO data objectives. Additionally, this position will require in-depth knowledge of SOP's documentation to understand the implications of master data changes with regards to all departments.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Item Master Maintenance-Responsible for introduction, changes and deletion of all items within as per NPI's and SOP's. This includes the rejection, discontinue, alert for FG's
• Update and revise Bill of Material information in SAP according to art revisions and effective dates as per the AMS and NPI
• To issue Change Controls on time
• To ensure OSM data is complete and added to tracelink for serialization and aggregation
• Update Blue Box information and provide Stewardship Provincial reports
• Knowledge and understanding of AMS
• Complete all GMP Documentation correctly and in a timely manner
• Complete Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA's)
• Initiate, and follow through with actions required to close Change Controls

WHO YOU ARE:

• University degree / Diploma in Business Administration / APICS Training / APICS Certificate
• 2 to 5 years' experience in production industry
• MRP System
• Experience working with diverse business groups
• Working knowledge of SAP, OSM, Tracelink
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows; Excel, Word, Power Point
• S.O.P writing skills
