Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who has strong expertise in

Microsoft Excel

,

data analysis

, and financial understanding. The ideal candidate should be

CA Intermediate or B.Com qualified

with hands-on experience in handling large data sets, performing reconciliations, preparing MIS reports, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data. Perform

advanced Excel-based analysis

including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas, dashboards, etc. Conduct

data reconciliation

, variance analysis, and prepare periodic reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting activities. Develop and maintain automated templates and dashboards for management. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports. Support internal teams by providing timely analytics and insights. Coordinate with cross-functional departments for data collection and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

CA Intermediate / B.Com (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts. Excellent command over

Microsoft Excel

(Advanced level). Experience in

data analytics

, MIS reporting, or similar analytical roles.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

Power BI

,

SQL

, or other analytics tools (added advantage). Ability to work with large volumes of data. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and presentation abilities. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.

Experience Required:

1-3 years of experience in finance, MIS, data analytics, or related roles.
