Where do you come in:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and consolidating data from various sources, organizing it for meaningful analysis, and identifying trends and insights that support informed decision-making. They will also be expected to implement updates or enhancements to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Beyond technical proficiency, we are seeking individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in contributing to the non-profit sector.
Key responsibilities that you will have:
Proven analytics skills, including evaluation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
Create reports based on analysis and visualization.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data sources.
Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from multiple sources.
Create a dashboard using Power BI and looker Studio.
Key skills that we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).
1-2 years of work experience as a Data Analyst or in Analytical roles.
Strong skills in Excel Reporting including Macros.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Big Query & Looker studio is a plus.
