We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive to lead a shift or a production section within our Manufacturing department. This role is critical for overseeing end-to-end production activities, managing a team of officers and operators, and ensuring that all products are manufactured right-first-time, on time, and in full compliance with cGMP and company SOPs. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in pharmaceutical production and people management.
Key Responsibilities:

Shift/Section Management:
Lead and manage the day-to-day production activities for a designated shift or section (e.g., Granulation, Compression, Coating, Injectable Filling, Packaging). Ensure production targets are achieved as per the monthly schedule. ?
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Senior Officers, Officers, and Operators. Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and manage shift rosters to ensure optimal manpower utilization.

Quality & Compliance Assurance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for quality on the shop floor. Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and safety norms. Review and authorize all critical GMP documents (BMR, BPR, Logbooks) before final QA approval. ?
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Lead investigations into process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and product quality issues. Drive the root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure effective CAPA is implemented in a timely manner.

Inventory & Resource Management:
Coordinate with the Warehouse and Planning departments to ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials. Manage the consumption of materials to minimize wastage and improve yield.

Audit Coordination:
Act as a key representative during all regulatory, client, and internal audits. Provide necessary documentation and responses to auditor queries. Ensure timely closure of audit observations for your section.

Continuous Improvement:
Champion continuous improvement projects (e.g., yield improvement, reducing line downtime, process optimization) to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Safety:
Promote a strong safety culture. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, conduct regular safety meetings, and report any incidents or near-misses immediately.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:
B.Pharma / M.Pharma is required. A diploma in management is a plus. ?
Experience:
3 to 5 years of extensive experience in pharmaceutical production, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-handling role. Experience in a plant approved for regulated markets (USFDA, MHRA) is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge:
o Expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and validation (Process, Cleaning). o Thorough understanding of cGMP, Data Integrity, and QMS elements (Deviation, CAPA, Change Control).
o Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.

o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
