Job Description

We are hiring Voice Process Executives for Tech Mahindra's e-commerce customer support process in Ahmedabad. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries via calls, providing resolution, and ensuring excellent customer experience.Responsibilities:- Handle inbound/outbound calls for e-commerce customer support.- Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally.- Maintain typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.- Follow process guidelines and achieve performance targets.Eligibility:- Minimum 12th Pass (10+2/10+3), no pursuing candidates.- Freshers & experienced candidates welcome.- Excellent communication in Hindi & basic English comprehension.- Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, OS basics).- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).- No leaves for first 3 months.- Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Contract (3 months) - Chance of permanent hiring for some batches.Salary:Fresher: - 15,000 in-hand (before transport deductions)Experienced: - 17,000 in-hand (before transport deductions)Benefits: One-way cab during odd hours (9 pm-6 am).Interview Details: Venue: Tech Mahindra, Stratum @ Venus Grounds, Jhansi Ki Rani, Surendra Mangaldas Road, Satellite Rd, Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380015 Timings: 11 am to 3 pmRounds: Screening, Operations Round, Typing Test, Online Assessments (ref:updazz.com)
