Key Responsibilities :- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional support in the Italian language.- Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally across various topics.- Document and track all customer interactions accurately in the company's system.- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality standards.- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
