Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Job Type: Full-Time | Blended Process Experience: Freshers or 0-6 months (Voice + Chat experience preferred) CTC: - 16,000 - 23,000/month (Based on Experience) - Language: English (Required) Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with orders, returns, tracking, and queries.- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions.- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency - aiming for first-contact resolution. Requirements:- Good communication skills- Decent typing speed- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset- Chat & voice support experience is a plus Open to profiles like: Customer Support Executive, Customer Care Representative, or Support Specialist.
