Any customer support /telesales/ telecalling voice process
experience min.6 months to 2 yrs in domestic or international BPO
Both side cabs provided in hiring zone( Delhi and Gurgaon)
Shift Timings : (Female ) 8 am to 5 pm ,11 am to 8 pm, 2pm to 11pm and 4.30pm to 1.30 am
(Male ) Rotational Shifts ,Night shift allowance for males RS 200/-per night shift
5 days working
2 days off ( rotational )

Job description and responsibilities
Role:
Customer Service Expert for a luxury airline process.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
Provide high-quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Use tools like MS Office and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus) for reservations and support (optional )
Work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
Skills and qualifications
Communication: Excellent English communication and phone etiquette skills are mandatory.
Customer Service: Strong focus on customer satisfaction, problem-solving, and professionalism.
Technical: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are beneficial.
Education: Graduates are welcome, but holders of diplomas in Hotel Management or Aviation are also encouraged to apply.
Personal: Ability to work under pressure, a customer-oriented attitude, and being a team player are essential.
