Executive Customer Support

Your Tasks:



Correct/error free inward and order review and storage of samples per internal and regulatory SOP's. Correct/error free generation of samples acknowledgements and Proforma invoices with respect to all details to be captured. Ensuring all samples received and validated based of letters and TRF's. Ensuring complete registration and distribution of samples in 2 hrs. after receiving. Filing of TRF / Sampling / chain of custody forms and other client files in an accurate manner. Ensuring good housekeeping of the registration area, Following disposal process for extra samples as per the guideline / SOPs. Responsible of requests, tenders and contract in consultation with the Manager/ supervisor and sample registration in LMS, Correspondence with clients of Rates and Contracts. Preparation of HOLD report and follow-up with concerned sales and customer for HOLD clearance. Generating permanent registration no. and recording in TRF, Timely submission of worksheets and samples to respective labs/sample homogenization team. Uploading of all necessary communication in LMS on completion of registration.Completing of registrations within the stipulated time allotted by contract reviewers / registration In-charge Correct transfer of sample details like batch no., mfg. date, expiry date etc. from sample to LMSCross checking parameter & price for registered sample those are available in commercial stage Sending acknowledgement and Proforma Invoice to client on same day of registration along with sample photographs upload and renaming. Active on emails received from customer and send revised sample acknowledgement sending if client is requesting for any changes.
