This is a voice-based BPO role involving both inbound and outbound calling.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries through international voice calls (AUS and US Process).- Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Document customer interactions and update internal systems.- Meet performance targets including AHT, call quality, and resolution.- Communicate fluently in English with accuracy and professionalism.Required Skills:- Fresher can apply also- 1 year of international voice process experience (BPO only).- Excellent verbal communication in English.- Ability to work night shifts (US and AUS Timezone).- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
