Job Description

The Executive - Customer Support is responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our personal care and cosmetics products. He / She should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms. Provide accurate product information, usage guidance, and service support. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude during all customer interactions. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, replacements, and refunds. Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems related to orders. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls & emails regarding product queries and customer grievances. Gain an in-depth understanding of personal care and cosmetic products offered by the company. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer issues, resolutions, and feedback. Highlight recurring issues to management for process improvement. Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care.

Key Skills & Competencies Required :

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
