Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound C Outbound)Location: GurgaonExperience- 1YearPosition Summary:We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive to manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and prior experience handling premium clients or high-value product inquiries.Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming calls from customers, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.- Provide accurate product information across the range: Laminates, Veneers, Flooring, Doors, Plywood, and Chipboards.- Assist in resolving product queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools.- Reach out to potential leads from Marketing campaigns, trade shows, and digital inquiries to qualify interest and share product information.- Schedule appointments for sales teams.- Conduct periodic follow-ups to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.- Build lasting relationships by ensuring high-quality customer interactions.- Upsell/cross-sell related products where applicable.- Gather feedback and relay it to internal teams for product or service improvement.Qualifications s Experience:- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or high-value product segment.- Graduate in any discipline.- Experience with building materials and interior decor is preferred.- Experience with CRM tools, Excel would be an added advantage.Skills Required:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages a plus).- Strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism with premium clients.- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.- Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-centric mindset.
