We Are Hiring - Customer Support Executives | US Shift | Bangalore (WFO)Job Type: C2H | Immediate Joiners Only | Cab Facility AvailableWe are looking for candidates with strong communication skills to join our client's Contact Centre Operations in Bangalore. Location: Bangalore (Work From Office) Shift: US Shift (5 PM IST to 7 AM IST) Cab Facility: Both ways (within radius) Job Requirements- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.- International US calling experience is required for experienced candidates.- Grad Freshers can apply.- Undergraduates (12th pass) with 1+ year experience will also be considered.- PF history must be present for the last two organizations.- Must be comfortable with night shifts and weekend working.- Experience in a US contact centre is preferred.- Bangalore-based candidates only (WFO mandatory). Responsibilities- Manage inbound and outbound calls to US-based candidates.- Conduct screening calls as per client hiring requirements.- Record outcomes accurately in the system.- Maintain high communication standards during call introduction and closure.- Interview Process- HR Screening (Quess)- Versant Test - minimum 60% required- Operations Round (Accenture)- Immediate feedback and scheduling will be provided.
