- Customer Support Executive (Voice-Non Voice Both)- Handling Customer Queries & provide appropriate solutions- 9 hours working shift- 5 Days working- Willing to work in night shifts for 24/7 operations & 2 rotational offs- Excellent communication in English- Grad fresher/Experienced & UG with 6 months experience- Immediate Joiner- Location - Mumbai Malad West, Hyderabad, Noida, Gurugram- Salary - 22k-34k- Handle customer calls and resolve queries or complaints. - Provide information about products/services. - Maintain records of customer interactions. - Escalate complex issues to senior support if necessary. - Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up if needed. - Meet daily/weekly performance targets (KPIs like call handling time, accuracy, resolution rate).
