. The role demands strong client-facing capabilities, system configuration expertise, and a proactive approach to implementation.
You will manage the entire lifecycle of implementation projects--right from gathering business requirements to configuring the product, executing testing phases, and providing go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to document technical/business requirements
Configure Capillary's loyalty solutions using internal tools and APIs
Conduct UAT, regression, and functional testing
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues
Maintain detailed documentation and support data migrations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product)
Provide post-go-live support and feedback for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
Technical:
Experience with APIs, software implementation, and system integration
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
Knowledge of data structures; AI/ML awareness is a plus
Professional:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
Experience working in SaaS or product-based environments
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
3-6 years of relevant experience in implementation/configuration roles
