Executive - Customer Success
to support clients during software implementation and post-go-live operations in the construction sector.

2-4 years of experience in procurement, site/project coordination, or construction-related roles

Civil / Mechanical / Architecture background

The role involves
L1/L2 client support
, coordination with internal teams, and assisting
Key Account Managers (KAMs)
in managing enterprise clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Software Support (L1/L2)
Handle client, user, and vendor tickets related to:
Software usage issues
General queries
Data entry and operational support
Ensure timely resolution of tickets by coordinating with internal product and tech teams
Key Account Support
Assist Key Account Managers in:
Client communication and follow-ups
Tracking daily tasks, tickets, and escalations
Preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and documentation
Support onboarding and training sessions for clients and vendors
Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records using Excel and internal systems
Prepare reports related to usage, tickets, and client performance
Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently
Eligibility & QualificationsEducational Qualification
Other equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
Experience
Minimum
2 years
of experience in:
Procurement / Site Projects / Construction Operations
OR
Customer support, ERP, Procure-to-Pay, or enterprise software tools
Strong hands-on experience with
Excel (daily usage)
Required SkillsHard Skills
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
Exposure to ERP / Procure-to-Pay / Construction-tech software (preferred)
Basic understanding of construction procurement or site workflows (added advantage)
