We are seeking a motivated professional with 3-4 years' experience in
Customer Service & Pricing
for a Liner company. The role involves handling customer coordination, managing bookings, and supporting pricing activities to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day customer service including enquiries, bookings, and documentation support.
Coordinate with trade, operations, and overseas offices for smooth execution of shipments.
Support pricing desk in preparing freight rates, quotations, and ensuring timely responses.
Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and provide inputs to maintain competitiveness.
Handle customer complaints/escalations and ensure resolution within timelines.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
Requirements:
3-4 years' experience in
Customer Service & Pricing
in Liner / NVOCC industry.
Good understanding of ocean freight, trade lanes, and market dynamics.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
