The role involves handling inbound customer queries from international customers and providing effective solutions with excellent communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound international voice calls for Walmart customers.- Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery, refunds, and general support.- Ensure high-quality customer interaction with professional communication.- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.- Meet performance and quality benchmarks as defined by the process.- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.Eligibility Criteria- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.- Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience (mandatory).- Strong English communication skills (verbal).- Ability to work in rotational shifts.- Comfortable with voice-based customer interaction.- Assessment & Interview Process- Assessment: Versant B2 / C1 (US Voice)Interview Rounds:- HR Round- Operations RoundWork Details :- 5.5 days working- Rotational shifts and weekly offs- Work from officeCab Policy- 180 per night shift allowance for male employees- One-side cab facility for female employees during odd hours (ref:updazz.com)
