Job Description

The CRM Executive will manage the CRM system, maintain accurate sales data, update enquiries/quotations/orders, and generate reports to support the sales team with proper tracking and visibility. Key Responsibilities - Update CRM with enquiries, quotations, orders & follow-ups - Maintain accurate customer database & sales pipeline status - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports - Track pending enquiries, ageing reports & follow-up cycles - Support Sales Team with dashboards, data analysis & reminders - Ensure CRM discipline and data accuracy across the sales department - Highlight delays, missed follow-ups & urgent actions to team Skills Required - Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills - Experience with CRM tools (Zoho /HubSpot/Excel CRM) - Good analytical & reporting skills - Process-driven & detail-oriented - Strong coordination ability Preferred Background - 1-3 years in CRM / Data Management / Sales Support - Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry preferred (ref:updazz.com)
