The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and end-to-end coordination for loan processing and closures.Key Responsibilities- Source and generate Home Loan / LAP business through field sales activities- Identify potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation- Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing- Follow up with customers to ensure timely disbursement and closures- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and productivity benchmarks- Ensure documentation and compliance as per company policies- Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners- Update leads and activities in CRM systemsEligibility CriteriaEducation- Graduate from any stream- HSC pass candidates may also be consideredExperience- Mandatory field sales experience in:- Home Loans- Loan Against Property (LAP)- Mortgage products- Experience from Banking / NBFC industry requiredSkills & Competencies- Strong communication and convincing skills- Target-driven and self-motivated attitude- Knowledge of secured loan sales process- Willingness to work in field sales (ref:updazz.com)
